Located in quiet countryside with easy access to the coast.
Higher Hendra is a working family farm.
We farm 220 acres with arable, beef and sheep, close to the North Cornwall Coast
with the coastal footpath adjacent to the farm entrance.
Our cottages were once the farm barn, stables and work buildings.
The barns are built with local stone and Delabole slate.
Each barn has been carefully converted to expose original beams and natural stonework features.
Granite floor cobbles from the stables have been re-laid outside.
All four cottages are furnished and well equipped and are awarded 4 * VisitBritain grade.
Prices include bed linen, towels (not for beach) heating and lighting.
We accept well-behaved dogs, for a small charge, which are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
Please do not leave alone in the property and remember to bring your dogs bedding and bowls.
The cottages have a visitor’s car park just behind their gardens.

The nearest pub/restaurant to Higher Hendra is the Cornish Arms at Pendoggett - 1 mile. The White Hart at St Teath - 2.5miles.
Ideal for touring with the coast and moors not far away.
Tintagel, Boscastle, Rock, Polzeath, Wadebridge, Padstow and Camelford all within easy driving.
Just a little further to visit the Eden project and the many beautiful gardens and properties of Cornwall.
